*Engineer Building, Anchor Bolt & Foundation plans with calculation are provided.
*All Steel Components & Labor are made in the USA!

1.  Primary framing (columns & rafters) are solid I-beam construction with a yield strength of 55,000 PSI and meet ASTM Specifications A-992.
2. Secondary framing (purlin, girts, eave struts, angle and “C” channel) are ASTM A-607 grade 55 with a minimum yield strength of 36,000 PSI.
3. All buildings are fabricated under AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction).
4. All framed openings are factory located.
5. All secondary framing is punched & marked to match engineered plans.
   *A factory inventory list of parts is provided.
   
6. All clips are welded solid for easy construction.
7. Secondary girts & purlins overlap 3 feet.
8. Sheeting angle is provided for gable.
9. Flange bracing is provided.
10. Base angle is provided.
11. Roof wall panels are a minimum 26 gauge, ASTM 792 Grade 80 coil with 80,000 PSI yield strength.
12. Trim is a minimum 26 gauge ASTM 792 grade 50 coil.
*All trim is individually wrapped and placed in a cardboard box for protection.

13. Colored panels & trim are covered by a 40 year factory warranty with 25 colors to choose from.
14. Galvalume panels carry a 25 year warranty.
*All sheets are blocked & banded with a cover sheet for protection.

15. Roof panels are upgraded to a PBL (Purlin Bearing Leg) for support.
16. Trim for the gables, corner, base, eaves and framed openings are provided.
*All trim is hemmed to avoid sharp edges.

17. Roll-up door casing trim is provided.
18. Corrugated die formed ridge cap is provided.
19. High strength bolts are provided.
 *3/8 steel bracing cable is provided.

20. Self-drilling screws with washer come with a lifetime warranty.
21. Mastic sealant provided.
22. Roll-up doors come with a 1 year factory warranty.
23. All roll-up doors are wrapped & placed in a cardboard box to avoid damage.
24. All roll-up doors are wind rated.
